When you first walk in it looks great . There is a desk in the middle of the room and sometimes there is even a person sitting there. The only problem is he is always busy. So, if you need help too bad. You can try iming The owner Antonio  Asano or his lady friend. But they are not online much either. They say in their notecard They are busy. if your too busy to help out your renters  then you should not run a rental place.

So, I thought I would try to rent a spot. i rented a small skypad to put a house on. When I paid the money the box said that I would receive a group tag in a few minutes. I got a notecard. then another notecard and then yet another notecard. And no group tag. I waited for at least 30 minutes without a group tag. I go back to the office. The guy sitting at the desk is still busy but I im him anyways. No reply. So I wait for another hour.  I found the box that says send antonio a notecard. So I sent him a NC. I leave for about two hours and come back. Still nothing. I am getting angry at this point. I find the bots and they have a message about group tags that say send an email I send my email.  Five hours later I finally get my group tag. I have had to wait 8 hours before I can even move in.

The next day I got a message from Antonio stating that iIshould have emailed him and I would have my tag in ten minutes. The problem was I did email them. I told him that, and also told him I wouldnt be renewing when my week was up.  A little while later I was ejected and banned from their property. No explanation and no rent returned.

I tried to contact the abuse report line but there is a place on their that states incomplete reports willl not be looked at. I couldnt fit everything I needed on the page they gave me because there is limited space, so im sure they didnt even look at it. So it looks like I am out 738 lindens. Which for me might as well be a million since I cant afford it.

Anyways here is my review of this rental property

I give it it one star because of thier poor customer service
The pro's: they have cheap places to rent
The cons:  the customer service is a disgrace

My advice find some place where they have people online at least 8 hours a day.
